    I worked with the Work Systems Group, collaborating with many talented researchers including Bill Jordan and Susan Owen.  Our goal was to develop principles in design and managing of white-collar work in the company.  During that summer, I worked closely with the GM vehicle sales department to study the performance of the sales teams in different regions.

HSBC Asia Pacific, Hong Kong. Summer 2003
   I interned in the Internal Consulting Group.  My two projects were: (1) quality improvement for call centers’ in Hong Kong, Guangdong and Shanghai and (2) establish “Best Practice” strategy of the banking operations across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, and Australia.

ZS Associates, Princeton, NJ. 2001-2002
   ZS is a sales and marketing consulting company specializes in the pharmaceutical industry.  I was an Operation Research analyst.  My primary responsibilities were to develop incentive compensation plan for sales teams and to optimize sample allocation for physicians in the country.

TAMS Consultants Inc., Chicago, IL. 1998 to 2000
  
I co-oped with TAMS during college.   First, I assisted with the design of the 3rd Chicago airport (not sure when, if ever, it will be built) and then I performed several highway interchange studies (mainly in the west Chicago region).
