I worked with the
Work Systems Group, collaborating with many talented researchers including Bill
Jordan and Susan Owen. Our goal was
to develop principles in design and managing of white-collar work in the
company. During that summer, I
worked closely with the GM vehicle sales department to study the performance of
the sales teams in different regions.
HSBC Asia Pacific,
I interned in the
Internal Consulting Group. My two
projects were: (1) quality improvement for call centers’ in
ZS Associates,
ZS is a sales and marketing consulting company specializes in the
pharmaceutical industry. I was an
Operation Research analyst. My
primary responsibilities were to develop incentive compensation plan for sales
teams and to optimize sample allocation for physicians in the country.
TAMS Consultants Inc.,
I co-oped
with TAMS during college.
